White Night Reimagined Has Finally Arrived & This Is What You Need To Know

When news broke that Summer staple White Night was being postponed to August, it definitely left a hole in Melbourne’s event calendar.

After months of waiting, the three-night event is finally here in its new form - White Night Reimagined. It’s definitely shaking things up!

Instead of massive projections on the buildings in Melbourne’s CBD, you’ll instead find three of our most iconic park precincts transformed into many realms.

Birrarung Marr will become a fantastic celebration about the art of performance in the Physical Realm; Carlton Gardens will be the place to feed your soul and imagination in the Spiritual Realm; and Treasury Gardens will engage your senses in the Sensory Realm.

There will be so much to see… but we’re all going to get hungry right? Melbourne Food and Wine Festival are coming to the party to create the sit down White Night Feast, the Supper Series and a WHOLE lot of places to get toasties.

Art, performances, music and food won’t be the only things to check out during the evening. Many cultural institutions will keep doors open with special programming, including National Gallery of Victoria and Melbourne Museum.
