This Child Kept A Praying Mantis As A Secret Pet...And Then It Gave Birth

We've all had random wild animals come into our yard or home, and when we were kids we liked to think of them as unofficial pets.. and sometimes even secret ones. 

This morning on the Hit Network we asked what animals people had adopted as pets and we were terrified when we heard Kara revealed her daughter had kept a praying mantis as a pet!

But not only that, they soon discovered it was PREGNANT... but only when it was too late.
