The Mayor Sets The Record Straight On Pig Walking

The Grunt the Pig drama is climaxing with the Mayor stepping up to the plate to plead his case. 

After owner, Matthew Evans was breached for walking his much-loved pet pig Grunt through Council owned streets. Not only was Mr Evans breached, but he was also threaten with a $806 fine. 

Following the breach, Mr Evans took to Facebook to share his unfortunate experience with the community. Dozens of fans quickly pledged their support to the friendly pig, drawing substantial media attention to the unique situation. 

The Mayor of Wangaratta, Dean Rees is known to be a fan of Grunt the Pig, so Tim and Jess wanted answers! The team managed to get in contact with the Mayor who sets the record straight for listeners.
