John Burfitt was flying business class on a flight from Sydney to London. He was thrilled to be in the pointy end of the plane, but he couldn’t have predicted what was about to happen.
As John was standing at the check-in desk receiving his boarding pass for Business Class seat, 12B, he overheard an irate passenger next to him “But I only ever sit in 12B in business, and won’t sit anywhere else,” the passenger exploded with fury.
