Memorial Swim Centre Closure For Repairs Extended

Memorial Swim Centre will remain closed until Wednesday (August 14) due to emergency repairs.

The pool was due to re-open Monday, August 12, following a seven-day closure for repairs after an unforeseen plant room failure created a significant leak.

However, during repairs it was discovered the work required was more than anticipated.

The change to the scope of works means an additional two-day closure is required.

Council apologises for any inconvenience.
