With temps warming up ahead of Spring, it’s almost time to free the nip from freezing temps!

It’s been a goosebump filled Winter for North Queenslanders, seeing temps dropping well into the single digits over the season.

This weekend brings good news for us non-bra-wearing-women though, with temps slightly improving.

With just 2 weeks of ‘Winter’ left, here’s what’s on the cards for North Queensland:

Townsville will get down to 15 on Saturday night (start planning those Flinders Street outfits gals).
As for Ingham and Bowen you’ll see a low of 14 and a top of 27 for Saturday.
And for our Burdekin friends, you might want to keep those nipple covers handy with Ayr expecting the lowest temps, getting down to 13 on Saturday night and 12 on Sunday.
