Claims Sailors Are Starving On A Vessel At BHP's Hay Point Coal Terminal

There are claims sailors are starving on a vessel at anchor at BHP's Hay Point Coal Terminal. An email was sent through to the International Transport Workers Federation recently pleading for help from crew members. They are claiming to have no food and no on-board wages being fed on a four dollar food budget per day. BHP is allegedly continuing to block the ITF's requests to inspect the ship which is due to berth today. The company has released a statement that it is not a vessel they charter but it is B-H-P coal on-board.
