Now, there is a new type making headlines and it could be the next big thing. Introducing the Cauliflower Latte! 

The new variation was offered at the Hort Connections conference and is said to be even creamier than your standard coffee. It also reportedly masks the bitter taste.

One of the big positives about Cauliflower Lattes is its potential to increase our daily vegetable intake as half of Australia’s adults aren’t meeting the goal.
