29 People Busted in Recent Drug Raid

Police have busted 29 people after recent drug raids spanning the South & North Burnett, stretching as far as the Sunshine Coast.

Operation Oaky uncovered more than $1.5 million worth of cannabis after 31 warrants were executed over three days. Police located 570 cannabis plants along with quantities of LSD, mushrooms and a shotgun.

In total 29 people have been charged and will face court – with a share of 67 offences.
